Wednesday Deathlifts

Walked into gym, dizzy as shit and sweating all hell. Wanted to hit 365 for some triples. Ended up pulling 315 for 4 and almost blacking out. THis transition suxxxxxxx!!!!1 Wanted to do 5x8 Front squats, since those are the best builders for deadlift speed, was going to do 185. ended up doing 2x8x135 and 1x8x155. After this I was so pissed I just did back extensions for 40 reps with bodyweight and some face pulls.
Body is feeling run down, but I'm already losing quite a bit of water and am looking tighter overall. I just hope it's worth it . . .

Uppers

Close-grip Bench Press
245x3, then 2x225x3.
Pull-ups - Lots and lots and lots.
Military Press 135 1x6, 2x5
Rows  185 3x6
Hammer Curls 3x8 35's, 1x6
Tricep DB Ext. 35's 3x8

Overall pretty awful session. First day of no carbs and I felt goddamn dead in the gym. My BP max is 275 with a fairly close grip, so today I just felt weak and had little drive to do anything. Diet was mostly protein shakes, snacks of almonds pepperoni and cheese, and ribs. I'm pretty goddamn determined to make this work though. So I will just hope my ME Lowers lift on wednesday doesn't suck as much asshole.

INTRO

So I'll be using this blog to keep track of my current goal to get jack3d and tan by my 21st Birthday, which happens on July 4th of this upcoming year. Pretty original right? (No it's fucking not).
CURRENT TRAINING: Rough Ideas, but no specific plan. Mostly revolving around the big 3 lifts

CURRENT DIET: I'll be doing carb-nite by John Keifer from now till about Christmas, then I'll adjust from there. I need to lean out and lose some bodyfat before I can appropriately assess where I stand.

So here's where I stand today, about 18% BF at 218 pounds. This was taken directly after my 3 day Thanksgiving Feast, and I'll be posting my training and food choices here because I know I'll keep consistent and accountable if this is on the internet.
